Hello I am Mahesh Vaidya. I have been operating in legal areas in Information Technology Sector since 1991. I was with TATA Group from 1991 till my retirement from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in June 2021. As Associate General Counsel -India, for TCS I was responsible for their India Geography Legal Work and was involved in drafting/negotiating & finalizing many major commercial contracts with various Banks, Financial Institutions, Central /State Government Departments, and PSUs as well as various major private business houses across all Industrial Sectors.
